Shipping & DELIVERY

All packages are sent with track and trace. You will receive this as soon as the package has been posted. If you have not received a code, please contact info@fortunasittard.nl.

Fortuna Sittard has a standard delivery time of 3-5 working days within the Netherlands.

These depend on the size and weight of the package. In addition, other rates apply for foreign countries. The shipping costs can be seen at checkout.

Once the order has been completed, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have the right to return an item within 14 days and cancel the agreement, provided that the goods are in their original condition and in the original packaging.

Personalized products cannot be returned.

No, that is not possible at the moment. We advise to return the already purchased order and place a new order with the correct size.

Payments can be made via: iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Bancontact.

No, the discount can only be redeemed by members in the physical fan shop.

Production on demand & personalization

The players will only be added to the overview once the back number and shirt name have been definitively determined.

You can log in with your MyFortuna account. This login is the same as for the ticket shop and Fortuna Sittard app.

If you play in the Fortuna Academy, you can purchase extra clothing via the webshop. This extra page on the homepage is only visible if we know that you play in the Fortuna Academy and this is also linked to your account. If you can't see the tab? Please contact academy@fortunasittard.nl.
